We do not offer refunds for the online purchase of OMR sheets. Before shipping, each order is carefully inspected by our Quality Control Department to ensure that the correct quantity and high-quality standards are met. Because of this thorough checking process & packed properly, therefore, we do not accept return or refund requests once the product has been dispatched.
If your parcel is lost while in transit (during delivery), we will consider and process a claim. In such cases, please contact us with the relevant order and shipping details so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
